We offer wholesale and small-batch custom jewelry production for businesses, organizations, and retailers. We have proudly worked with the Desert Botanical Garden and can create custom charms, pendants, branded jewelry, corporate gifts, and other custom pieces tailored to your organization's needs. Custom Jewelry

Customizations on existing designs may include gemstone substitutions, metal changes, engravings, or other modifications based on availability. Many designs can also be made in 18K gold upon request. Depending on the design, additional customizations such as converting a pendant into earrings, adapting an earring design into a pendant, or making other design modifications to better suit your preferences.

Frequently asked questions

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unworn condition. Custom, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order pieces are refundable with expectations, please see listing for more details.

Please notify us through the contact portal for the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items that are damaged or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–4 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces generally require 5–10 business days or more depending on design complexity and gemstone availability. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We use genuine precious metals and carefully selected gemstones in our jewelry, including solid 14K gold, 18K gold, and sterling silver. Our collections may feature natural gemstones, diamonds, pearls, opals, and other quality materials sourced through trusted suppliers. Lab-created or synthetic stones may be used and will be disclosed in the product description.

Most gemstones used in our jewelry are natural unless otherwise stated. Due to the unique characteristics of natural materials, slight variations in color, pattern, shape, inclusions, and texture are normal and make each piece truly one of a kind.

All gemstones are personally selected through trusted suppliers and handpicked with the assistance of locally certified GIA graduates and jewelers. Our jewelry is handcrafted in small batches in Scottsdale, Arizona, with many pieces finished, assembled, or customized by hand to ensure exceptional quality and individuality.

Fully Custom Jewelry Inquiries

Once your design is reviewed, you’ll receive a quote based on the complexity of the project. Payment must be approved and received before any work begins.

Every custom piece begins with a hand-carved or CAD wax model, which is then cast in your selected precious metal. After casting, gemstones are professionally set, followed by final polishing and finishing.

Most custom projects are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current production schedule.

Please note: Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale. No refunds or cancellations are available once work has begun.

Yes. We offer wholesale and small-batch custom jewelry production for retailers, businesses, organizations, and special projects. We have proudly worked with the Desert Botanical Garden, producing a custom pin pieces in sterling silver. As part of the program, select volunteer milestone awards were also produced in solid gold.

We can create custom charms, pendants, pins, branded jewelry, corporate gifts, commemorative pieces, and other custom designs tailored to your organization's needs. Pieces can be produced in sterling silver, 14K gold, or 18K gold, available in yellow, white, or rose gold.

As a small jewelry studio, our production capacity is more limited than large manufacturers, allowing us to focus on quality craftsmanship and personalized service. Production timelines vary depending on project scope, materials, and quantity.

Wholesale and custom production projects require the following payment schedule:

• 50% deposit to begin production
• 25% progress payment during production
• Final 25% balance due before delivery

All payments made toward custom and wholesale orders are non-refundable. Deposits, progress payments, design fees, material costs, and production payments cannot be refunded once a project has been approved and work has begun.
