How long does it take to ship ready-to-wear pieces?

In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at angysfinejewelry@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF WHOLESALE?

We produce wholesale collections in intentional production runs — suitable for boutiques, brand collaborations, and corporate branding partnerships

Custom wholesale projects require a $1,000 minimum commitment to begin.

This includes a non-refundable custom design and development fee, which covers the custom design, materials, and production preparation.

Specializing in cast metal pins and charms, each design begins in wax and is refined before casting for consistency and detail.

Production timelines vary by quantity. Orders are scheduled in advance and typically require 6–8 weeks for completion to maintain craftsmanship and quality control.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Solid 14k gold is durable and made for everyday wear, but gentle care will help maintain its shine. A professional polish is recommended annually to restore its finish and minimize the appearance of surface scratches.

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time — this is completely normal and can easily be restored with a jewelry polishing cloth or appropriate silver cleaner.

With proper care and maintenance, your pieces are designed to last for years to come.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted primarily in solid 14k gold and solid sterling silver. We focus on working with high-quality, solid materials to ensure longevity and everyday wear. Additional fine materials may be used as noted in each individual product description.
